We can generally handle stumps of any size. Our machine is small enough to get through a fence gate, but strong enough to handle any size stump out there.

We generally grind stumps down to 6 to 12 inches below grade. This is a good level to prevent any regrowth and allows for replanting of grass or other vegetation. We can go deeper if needed, which is sometimes necessary when preparing for construction or landscaping projects.

Our machine is tough on stumps but gentle on the surrounding area. We focus only on the problem area to minimize the impact on the yard around the stump. Our machine is on tracks, so in the event that we have to make a sharp turn, it may leave small marks in the grass.

What we do removes the visible above-ground stump and the roots 6 to 12 inches down. Complete stump removal including the root systems that run deep and wide throughout the ground is an entirely different process requiring excavation equipment. Our process is more cost effective and sufficient to prevent regrowth and be rid of the physical obstacle in your yard.
